We currently deliver to the UK. All items are sent tracked 2nd class via Royal Mail. International shipping is in the testing stage and will be available soon.

What is The AB Method?

It’s a method I (Alice Benham) created through 6 years of experience and noticing what worked with not only my business but the hundreds of clients and students I’ve worked with. It revolves around setting yearly intentions, breaking them down into quarterly goals and taking daily action towards them.

What's included?

The individual planners come with the specified number of sheets. You get the product AND with the quarterly and yearly planners there are also a number of supporting resources:

The Yearly Planner comes with a worksheet and coaching audio to help you set intentions.

The Quarterly Planner comes with a worksheet and coaching audio to help you set goals that link to your intentions.

Your deliveries will contain a QR code that gives you access to these.

How do I access the resources?

The supporting resources that come with the full collection, Yearly planner & Quarterly Planner, can be accessed via a QR code that can be found sent within your delivery. If you lose this, please email hello@onpaper.shop so that we can help you.

Can I send as a gift?

Of course! Make sure to put the recipient's name and address in under shipping and we’ll send it straight to them. Gift note options are en route but not currently available.

What's your returns policy?

We accept returns if the product arrives faulty or damaged. If this is the case please email hello@onpaper.shop within 10 days of receiving the delivery with further information about the issue. 

Exchanges are accepted providing the products are returned in the condition they were sent in. Please email hello@onpaper.shop to arrange this. Please note the return fee is at your own cost.

My delivery hasn't arrived...

Orders should arrive 2-3 working days after your dispatch email is sent. If this time has passed, please email hello@onpaper.shop with your order number and we'll look into this for you.
